Leeds and Saints take a weekend of rest as we get to see the other four remaining sides beat each other up in knock-out rugby.

Catalan Dragons, the surprise of the first weekends knock-outs, travel to the Galpharm to take on the Giants. On saturday Brian Noble could take charge of the Warriors for the last time as they go to Humberside to take on Justin Morgans' Robins.

Here are my thoughts on this weekend's action in Super League XIV, second play-off week;

The most impressive thing from Rovers last week was the way they hung in as we battered them in the first 20 minutes. They were on the ropes but hung in. Having said that they are desperate for there injured players to return this week.

Wigan were unimpressive in beating a Cas team who were dreadful. Two tries from kicks, one very iffy for me, and a try out wide were all the Pies could muster. They had no go forward, nothing in the halves or backs yet people still talk about the 'Noble' factor. Absolute tosh. Rovers by plenty this week. As Stevo would say, put your house on it.

Like Wigan the Dragons were not that impressive last week, just that the Wildcats were bloody awful. The Giants cut off there nose to spite there faces last week by a self-inflicted banning of Moore and Mason. Saints were there for the taking but they had to switch their team around and looked, not unexpectedly, a disorganised rabble.

Moore will bring creativity and Mason a bit of 'biff' and I think this is where the Dragons bid us 'au revior' this season.

Giants by 10.
