After his fortnight clamped in irons in a Bangkok jail (it is a continual surprise what some people do for their annual leave) the Tadster is back in position for Round 22 of predictions.

Thanks to Rhinoms and EmmaMur01 for their sterling efforts during the cuddly ones incarceration!

Here are my thoughts on this weekend's action in Super League XIV, Round 22;

WARRIORS v. RHINOS

Wigan seem to have hit a vein of form, and while the boys have been winning as well, it has been unconvincing. What you can't doubt is the spirit in the camp, but the discipline simply must improve. I can see a tough game and I think home advantage and the fact Wigan need the points more than leeds at the moment will see the Cherry & Whites edge a thriller.

KR v. FC

This could be a really enjoyable watch, with hopefully plenty of biff. Hull FC really need to perform or Rovers could hammer them. I can see a tight game with Rovers edging it in the final quarter.

CRUSADERS v. BULLS

After giving everyone a laugh by winning at Odsal the Welsh boys try for the double against a Bulls team who look to have blown a top 8 finish. For a club like the Bulls this is embarrassing and I think they will want revenge for the home defeat.

QUINS v. SAINTS

This is a game Saints dare not lose. They are desperate for a confidence boosting win against a team who are very hard to beat at home. A tough trip to France and injuries for the Quins make Saints favourites and I can see them edging it.

GIANTS v. DRAGONS

Both sides had good wins last week and the Giants know that a win and a defeat for the top 2 will put them only 2 points from a top 2 place. The Dragons usually play well at the Galpharm but I fancy the Giants to win this one.

WILDCATS v. TIGERS

A superb game is in prospect with two form teams, and bitter enemies, preaparing to tear into each other. I wonder if the games v Leeds and Saints have taken some fuel out of John Kears boys or will they be battle hardened? Tigers have been on a good run but haven't been as convincing. I see a cracking game and a home win. Just.

WOLVES v. REDS

Warrington need a win to get back on track and I think they will win at a canter.
