Tad Rhinos Superleague XIV Previews - Round 8

Tad kept up his brilliant tipping record last weekend when he predicted the outcome of his four chosen Challenge Cup games correctly. and Oldham Rhino are beginning to wonder if it is just a crystal ball or whether the Tadster has some kind of time-travel machine!

This week we look ahead to a load of local derbies as Round 8 takes us into a busy Easter weekend.

Here are my thoughts on this weekend's action in Super League XIV, Round 8;

Catalans performed the greatest comeback since lazarus last week to hammer the Bulls and will be full of confidence. Quins are a real workmanlike side and I expect them to grind out another win this weekend.

No point doing a preview. Wigan will talk a good game then lay down and die as usual.

Saints by 22.

The Bulls will see this as a chance to get some confidence and get some momentum in there season. Truth is they will struggle to make the top 6. A team full of average and over the hill players that is in desperate need of a major overhaul. Leeds will be gutted after the Saints defeat and I think this may result in a bit of a hangover. Leeds will be to strong but it wonít be the 50 points some are predicting.

Leeds by 16.

The Giants are this seasons surprise package and should be far to strong for the Crusaders. The srusaders, I feel, have a lot to offer Superleague but not this season.

A cracking game in store, one worthy of a TV game. Cas have been a relevation this season. The pack has been strong and the backs full of trys. Wakey have had a shocking season and I really hope they go on and win the cup. Can only see a Cas win today though.

FC v. KR

Canít wait for this one. The cod head derby is usually a cracker and I expect this to be no exception. Hull have slipped lately and the loss to Salford in the cup was a shocker of a result. Rovers have been hit and miss. When they are good they are superb but when they are bad they are awful. Difficult one to call but I think FC to edge it.

Hull fc by 10.

Salford are this seasons whipping boys and to be fair the Wolves havenít been much better. My crystal sees a shocking game, full of errors and Wolves to win by 10.

SportingOdds Handicap: Reds +8
