The Rhinos are forced to name a very young side with Carl Ablett out injured, Nick Scruton suspended and 6 stars in the test line up in Toulouse on Friday night. On a more positive note, Ali Lauitiiti returns to the squad after 5 weeks out with injury. Michael Haley is recalled from his loan at Doncaster and makes the 19, as does Joe Chandler. Kallum Watkins is named despite missing the last two Reserve games with a dead leg.

The Tigers will be at full strength as they look for their first victory over Leeds at Headingley since 2002. Joe Westerman is in the England squad but has not been selected to play by Tony Smith.

The squads announced today are:

Leeds Rhinos: Webb, Donald, Smith, Leuluai, Diskin, Jones-Buchanan, Lauitiiti, Bailey, Tansey, Hall, Williams, Burgess, Allan, Kaye, Worrall, Haley, Watkins, Chandler, Jones-Bishop.

Castleford Tigers: Dorn, Donlan, Shenton, Wainwright, Thackeray, Sherwin, Henderson, Korkidas, Westerman, Higgins, Huby, Lupton, Boyle, Owen, McGoldrick, Hlad, Catic, Fletcher.

Referee: Phil Bentham

A full preview of the game will appear on Friday.

The Rhinos Reserve Grade are in action when they face the same opposition with a 3.45pm kick off in the curtain raiser.
