Not L4L!

Here we go again, as our resident experts put their necks on the line for the tipping and Loiner4Life gives us the low down on the big clashes ahead this weekend.

Three men enter, one shall leave victorious.

Here are my thoughts on this weekend's action in Super League XIII Round 17.

SAINTS V BULLS

Oh dear Ė after the back of 3 defeats 2 humiliating ones at home versus Hull FC and Catalans then the game you donít want to come into is St Helens away who surprise surprise are making something like 5 or 6 games on TV on the bounce. Iím not sure what will be more entertaining here watching Saints good rugby or keeping an eye on the top left corner at the score line. Bulls are missing Newton this week amongst some others. Saints will be ready to pounce on wounded Bulls and itís going to be a heavy score line, anything over 30 start the bookies give you then slap a tenner on! . Saints by a cricket score probably but Iíll go 42

DRAGONS v WARRIORS

Fantastic away win for the Dragons last week come up against Wigan who had a nice weeks brake after there disappointing Carnegie Challenge Cup loss to the Carnegie World Champions at Headingley Carnegie Stadium. Wigan had a rest so there pitch could get ready for the football sides relegation battle 2008/09 season and will have wanted to put the Leeds game out of there minds much quicker then the 2 weeks Catalans could start another roll going but I think they will have to work much harder this week against better opposition. It will be close but I think given the 2 weeks Noble as had to get the players ready for this Iím going to tip them to edge it. Pie men by 4

'QUINS V RHINOS

Not too long back the London side gave Leeds quite a scare in the Carnegie Challenge cup despite the Rhinos thumping them earlier in the year at Headingley Carnegie. The game is on sky and the ref is Klein who often likes to know heís getting spoken about more then the match itís self so expect a high penalty count or some pretty awful decisions! Scotty Donald is in breath taking form and Quins will have to be at there best to keep him quiet but there is too much threat all over the field far too much to see any out come other then a Leeds away win. FC V TIGERS

Hull are still hit in miss I think they are currently L-W-L-W-L so the form guide suggests they are due a win and with it only coming up against Cas who only have 1 away win to there name then you have to go with Hull in this one. Cas went down to at home to Wakefield last night with a few dodgy passes going a-stray they need to make sure when Raynor and Sing are out wide then those are stopped or it could be another hiding for them. I donít think Hull will post a massive score but never the less they should still win with the massive pack creating the yards for the backs Yeaman, Raynor and Sing in particularly with Manu chipping in. WILDCATS v GIANTS

The wildcats come up against the Giants who are without a coach this week and I fancy to Wakefield to take full advantage of this. Danny Brough is continuing his brilliant run of form and itís crazy that no-one is SL had him last season. Huddersfield come into this on the back a few weeks off so they have had plenty of game time but what concerns me is Sharpe will have given his ideas to the team and then the caretaker coach will have given his thoughts over the past week so they could be in limbo so Iím going for a Home win. WOLVES v ROVERS

Wire have taken some hammer in the pres this week which is fully deserved Ė they have splashed money on big names that simply havenít performed and ended up costing a man his job. Jimmy Lowes has his second game in charge and itís good to see another young British coach coming up through the ranks. Hull KR took rather a large battering last Friday and will be hoping to take Warrington all the way but I just think Warrington posses too much quality in the ranks. Wire by 14
