Not L4L!

After a weeks break for the march to the arch it's back to the bread and butter stuff as engage Super League returns.

Our intrepid predictors throw their hats in the ring, once again.

Here are my thoughts on this weekend's action in Super League XIII Round 16.

RHINOS v HULL

Two Carnegie Semi Finalists on show this Friday in front of what should be a big Headingley Carnegie Stadium crowd. Jamie Thackray makes his return and heíll be one to watch hoping to prove his critics wrong. Hull have a very strong pack with Carvell, Thacks, Radford and Dowes so Iím expecting this game to be decided by the quality of the backs and with Webb, Donald and Senior in a good run of form I fancy Leeds to get the result. SAINTS V ROVERS

Can someone tell me how many weeks in a row Saints have been on Sky now? Repeat of last weekends Carnegie Challenge cup quarter final where the Rovers fought hard but unfortunately just didnít have enough quality to match the saints. St Helens have one quite a few on the bounce now and I expect them to carry on at the Job Centre ground. Stains by 16

TIGERS V WILDCATS

Deliverance v the Beverly Hillbillies on show at the Jungle in a game that despite drawing as much attention as a Rugby League Tutorial presented by Mick Gledhill sky have decided to show (Sky is a product that gives you other options then channel 1, 2, 3 and 4 for our outskirt Cousins) for some of you lucky enough in Wakefield and Castleford to have a pirate Sky box then for help with your black and white televisions Cas will be in the darker shirts. Castleford have the luxury of a weeks rest but I donít always think that helps things they will be a lot fresher then Wakefield who disposed of Oldham in the cup last week but the momentum of playing a game last week should carry Wakefield through. BULLS V DRAGONS

Hopefully there wont be a bomb scare in Bradford this week that kept the 10,000+ away from the Kays speedway track last week, thanks should go out to the 2,000 Hull FC fans for making an atmosphere that made it more appealing to the non rugby fans watching on T.V. as above Catalans have had an extra week off to prepare for this game but I donít think it will do them any favours. Bradford will be itching to get out this week and put things right Tupou is in good form and heíll be the one to try keep out. Bulls by 12

'QUINS V WOLVES

Both fresh this week but Warringtonís first game without Paul Cullen the man in charge has had over a week to get is stamp on the team but coming against the Quins (who last week announced a massive increase on attendance which is brilliant) will be a tough encounter for them looking at key battles Briers and Monaghan v Orr and Paul with players as King, Gleeson, Clarke, Mozza and the Andersons brothers backing up it looks like there is too much quality but I just fancy Quins to be honest but I think getting rid of Paul Cullen might bring something out of the players Iím going to go for a Wire win. Wire +8
