Superleague X had drawn to a disappointing close for the Rhinos, but we had the tri-nations to look forward to.

Leeds were well represented in the international squads, and with England also involved in a full programme, there was plenty to enjoy.

Here is what November 2005 brought.

Rob Burrow dropped by Great Britain.....Willie Poching called up by New Zealand for game against England.....Danny Ward ruled out of England team with injury.....Great Britain go down again, this time 20-6 to Australia at the JJB.....Kiwis beat England 32-22 at Halliwell Jones stadium, Ali Lauitiiti captains the tourists but Mark Calderwood catches the eye with two sparkling tries.....

Richie Mathers goes into hospital for surgery to remove a plate from his wrist.....Rhinos announce Cravendale as associate jersey sponsor for 2006.....Rhinos release 2006 jumper with a V design to a mixed reaction.....Lance Thompson linked with move to Rhinos.....

Great Britain beat New Zealand 38-12 in Hudderfield, Chev Walker impressing on the night.....France lose to Australia 44-12 in Perpignan.....Joe Walsh called up in England Under 17's squad to take on the Australian Institue of Sport.....Mark Calderwood called up into GB squad.....

Rhinos announce capture of Wests Tigers captain Mark O'Neill on one year contract.....New Zealand beat France 38-22 in Toulouse.....Great Britain's Tri Nations involvement ended by 26-14 defeat to Australia at the KC Stadium.....Rhinos to face Huddersfield in Round 1 of engage Super League XI.....

Under 18's lose 22-12 to Penrith Panthers at Headingley while England Under 1ose to the Australian Institue of Sport at Castleford.....New Zealand beat Australia 24-0 in Tri-Nations final at Elland Road......Jamie Peacock handed number 10 shirt at Headingley.....England Under 17's defeat Australian Institue of Sports at St Helens.
