You Name Your Grand Final Seventeen
Posted by southstander on October 01 2008 - 16:06:25

Final Countdown

As the two coaches ponder their selections ahead of saturdays season climax at Old Trafford, you, the SouthStander voting public have already expressed your opinion on who Bluey should call into action.

Your Man-of-the-Match votes over the long 2008 season have give us our top seventeen Rhinos players and we name them here as our squad for saturday...

Over the season you've voted on your Man-of-the-Match for every game. Earlier this week we named Jamie Peacock as our 'Player of the Season' (who needs some cruddy 'Man of Steel' Award when you have the fans recognition) so his inclusion will be no surprise. From the seventeen you selected, this is how we'd line them up; Position

I don't think that this will be far away. The only change may be Kirke in place of Burgess, and possibly a little tinkering between outfield players and the bench. Ryan Hall (and the now departed Toopi) were both level on points with 17th placed Ryan Bailey and just miss out on your selection.

Bluey will name his eighteen tomorrow - don't expect any shocks.
